Carolyn Watts

A yearning to come home to Auckland, and an understanding husband, has enabled me to open my studio/gallery – Gallery 61.(Gallery 61 will be closed 2025 Labour Weekend and Carolyn will exhibit at 81A Beachlands Avenue, Beachlands). I paint in oils, the depth and richness highlighting the beauty of Aotearoa. My varied work is held in collections throughout New Zealand and overseas. 18 months ago I opened my studio/gallery to a small group of local artists.  I am also an author and illustrator of children’s books. My books are in English and Te Reo and I will be signing them in my gallery.
