Eve has been painting on a full time basis for 8 years and has a small studio in Ararimu. Eve paints using oils, acrylics and water colours but prefers oils. She loves to paint animals and people and has completed various commissions including horses, cats, dogs, and people. Eve paints in a highly realistic manner but has however recently been concentrating on using bold non realistic colours in a realistic way.
Marietta Coney born in Auckland has been painting for 25 years, her preferred choice of subject matter being still life. These striking, well-executed works successfully marry familiar objects with forms of flora and fauna. Each composition embraces the most striking aspects of colour, light and textural elements present in the chosen subject. They possess a quality of timelessness.

Beachlands local artists will be displaying a range of artwork and styles as a collective in the Beachlands Memorial Hall on Sunday. She has lived below the Drury foothills for 29 years and began painting her local landscape that is undergoing rapid manmade recontouring and reconfiguration. Her work records the impact and inevitabilities of development. The landscape of change continues to be the inspiration for her art practice.
Aimee Reynolds has lived in the Franklin area all her life. She is passionate about art and lives a very creative life. She has a Certificate in Art Therapy from Waikato University and also as a young person went to Carrington University where she did an Art and Craft Design course. She is inspired daily by her family and nature.
